Kevin - I'm not where I can look at this more closely, but will try to
have a more thoughtful answer for you later.

My first thought though is why you don't just put the monitor agent
where a domain is located. You don't even need a web server installed
for the agent, so I'm wondering why you are separating it from a domain.
If you later decide you want to put the monitor application up, it's
easy to put remote from a domain.
