Scan for content before delivering the messages

We setup a Groupwise 8.01 server which has no MX record nor will it be able to receive outside mail it is for internal access only at a school district for students. They only have web access to access this server. We would like to prevent any bad situations from happening. What I am looking for is a solution to route all email from this server to a content filter server for real time scanning. I am not sure if this is the correct place to post this.
