12th line disappears

Hi,

A user just pointed out that if they send an HTML email in webaccess to another internal user. When the recipient opens the email the 12th line in the email is blank. If the recipient hovers the mouse over any of the buttons or clicks on a button the 12th line appears. This seems to only happen on IE 7, ie8 seems fine and firefox seems ok.

Any quick fixes?
