Menu bar overlaps message display

I'm running WAA GW 8 SP1 + latest beta patch on SUSE 10 SP1. Web App is on W2K3 w /IIS.

Occasionaly users will log in and the top title bar (w/ "Name", "Subject", "Date", and "Size" columns) will overlap with the first message in the mailbox. Please see attached photo for an example. Can't seem to find any other info online. Novell support hadn't heard of this issue either. I've only seen it with IE7 thus far. Novell just told me to have everyone update their browsers, but that isn't realistic for us. We have several thousands of people, all using WebAccess from home / remote PC's that we can't manage.

Anyone have any ideas what this issue could be related to? IIS problem? Any logs that might point me in the right direction?
