Groupwise time showing 1 hour behind GMT

Although our server time is correct, timestamps within Groupwise (Sent

Items, Mailbox etc) are 1 hour behind the correct time.

The server is running NW 5.0 and GW is 5.5 Enhancement Pack

Any ideas?
