SunMjapLS_IP_EBP_40 Error when opening Client

I am getting the pop up msg:
The procedure entry point SUnMapLS_IP_EBP_40 Could not be located in the
dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll

There is a technical article in the knowledge base related to this, but it
states the problem is with NWADMIN rather than Groupwise Client.

Anyone have any ideas?? regsrv32 needed??
