Groupwise 5.5 Can't email multiple contacts

Hello,

I currently have a client who is experiencing a unique issue. When she attempts to send an email message to 11 or more contacts, the message gets stuck in the email server with a status of "Pending". I've tried sending messages with less than 11 contacts and they all went through immediately. I wanted to know if there are any post office settings that are restricting this particular user's amount of contacts or if it is an actual issue with the post office agent itself...


- Server and clients are all running GroupWise 5.5
- 11 contacts are all individual internal user mailboxes. No groups involved in this scenario.
