Every time I try to sync my treo 650 I get the error below. I have not installed anything on the PDA (no versamail... nothing) It just has the defaults from a fresh reset. Also, I notice that when I get this error message, the treo screen is stuck on Synchronizing RsMailDB.230-101... Please help. I am trying to show the execs how this will work just as well as other brands, but comes packaged with GroupWise (a "bottom-line" issue).... thanks.

Requested database, record, resource, etc. not found.
Run all the applications (Address, Date Book, To Do List and Mail) at least once in the device and try again.
If the device uses VersaMail, MultiMail or any other non-compliant e-mail application, please uncheck the mail checkbox
