Palm Alarms using GW 6.5.7

Should I discourage users not to use the Palm alarms and rely on the GroupWise alarms for their appointments? It seems to cause a problem when syncing. Receiving "Object Method Failed" message.

Is there a way to get rid of this message? If you choose a Force Full Synchronization is it going to sync only the GroupWise calendar items or will it sync the new Palm records too?

The appointment is probably spanning over midnight and GroupWise does not have a time range for that, (i.e. 12:00 A.M. to 11:59 P.M.) so you need to change the time to fit into that range. Once you do that, it will fix the issue.
