DST Update for Groupwise Mobile Server and Secure Gateway

We are trying to verify the Daylight Savings Time change updates needed
for Groupwise Mobile Server and the Secure Gateway Server. As best we
can tell, there seems to be a complete reinstall needed
GroupWiseMobileServerDST.exe.

Is anyone aware of another possibility for the DST compatability issues
other than a complete upgrade of the systems?
