The blackberry can integrate seamlessly with Groupwise if you get the
Blackberry enterprise server.

go to www.blackberry.com/groupwise follow the links and get the free BES and
5 user connections.

It does require that it be installed on a Windows 200/2003 server. It works
quite well. I've been using it myself for at least 2 years.

I have also installed quite a few of these for my clients...after having the
W2K box built and patched( the longest apart) Installation and activation of
the BB device should take no more than 1 hour...
