User did a Mass Delete Operation and now needs to restore the documents

I have a user who ran a Mass Document Operation and unintentionally
deleted about one hundred documents from the GroupWise library, now I need
to restore those documents to the library like nothing happened. What's
the easiest way to do this?

GroupWise 7.0.1 all around, Netware 6.5 SP6, Backup Exec is used for
backup and where I will be retreiving the files, unless I can undelete
them from the library using a Netware utility of some sort.

The log shows just document numbers, not the location of the files that
were deleted. How do I find the location of these files, in the library
all I see are folders with 4 digit file names and the files inside are
BLOB names or something.

I've had to do this before a few years ago, but it's been so long, I've
lost all my notes and have forgotten how to do this.
