Multiple Libraries

Have two copies of a library - both active - only one listed in GroupWise.

Have a GroupWise 7.0.1 system with 1 library - TechLib
The GroupWise object for TechLib show the data path as:
\\server\data\postoff\gwdms\tech_lib
If I do a date search in the tech_lib folder for the last two days, shows 1 item accessed.

Have a techlib folder on a different server: \\server-2\tec\techlib
If I do a date search in the techlib folder for the last two days, shows 4 items accessed.

Which library folder is the real one?
How are users accessing the 2nd one which is not listed in GroupWise?
Any ideas on how to fix, combine???
