Re: saving email into DMS
I have your answer....
- Right click on the email that you wish to save
- Select the "Save As" option from the menu
- Select the down arrow next to where it says "Save to Disk"
- Select "Save to GroupWise Library"
- The default format is RTF, change it to Internet Mail (Mime)
This keeps the email format in tact, allowing it to be saved into the library, indexed and archived. One step.
