Problems at job with documents in GW from OpenOffice on WinX

Problems at job with documents in GW from OpenOffice on WinXP.

I use on a computer
1. GW 8 (sp1)
2. OpenOffice 3.1
3. WinXP (SP2)

I spend import of documents rtf, xls, doc, odt, ods.
Import passes successfully.
At attempt to open any imported document, the empty sheet either Calc or Write in OpenOffice opens. The document which wanted to open is blocked in library. I cannot understand what to occur. Why so not correctly works OpenOffice with client GroupWise. And how to cope with the given problem.
