You could try standard windows command line uninstall procedures. (Though I
don't know if you can make it silent and unprompted).

I found an interesting article online:

Unfortunately, on my system, I don't find GW Messenger listed when I do the
product name step. I tried using "GroupWise Messenger" in the uninstall step,
but it didn't work.
