Change Groupwise system name, po name and domain name?

Hello Again,

after the merge i moved the users from the secondary domain into the new primary domain with the "good" name.
After that i moved the other stuff.
Then I released the secondary domain and deleted any references.

Now some users complain that their primary addressbook disappeared.

Any hints?
