So, of course, if you're going to do it this way, you can pretty much avoid
much of a "migration" at all. You might want to "move" your primary domain,
but then again, you could just as easily create a new domain over on Linux
and promote it to primary later.

In any event, treat this almost as a GW "expansion" to a new server, and
avoid a lot of the "migration" rhetoric that you will hear/read about.
Create the new POs and move the users. I still try to stay with a
reasonable number of users (size wise not necessarily numbers wise) at a
time so I can keep control of it.
