I'm assuming this is on OES2 SP1 Linux on an NSS volume?
If so, you have to do one of two things:
a) Use my lowercase.sh script (it will give you an error about some wrong switch, but it works)
OR
b) supposedly you can change your namespace on the NSS volume from the default of "LONG" to "UNIX" to force the case sensitivity.
I don't know if you need to restart the server or remount the volume if doing item b (it's in the OES2 docs but I don't remember).
