What's the best?

I am starting to look into the PDA phones for my company. I'm hoping I will
be able to standardize on one platform.



I'm looking to:

Email must be able to sync without the use of a cradle.

I would like it to sync appointments and contacts without cradle sync.

Will need a full PIM management suite so I can send an erase command to the
device.

The user's workstation will not always be on so the sync software will need
to run on a dedicated system and sync several user accounts.

I would like the system to use existing software on the phone rather then
installing another application.



What PDA phone platform and application would you suggest to best fit these
needs?
