GMS2 and GMS3 with Palm

Hi

we setup a new GMS3-Server (OS is SLES 10) as we want to move our users from
GMS2 to GMS3.
Both Servers are in the same subnet-range and we do port-translation on our
router to grant external access to both servers.
It works with Windows mobile clients where we can write for the servername
ip-address:portnumber in the configuration of the mobile client.
But when we do the same on the Palm mobile client, it won't find the server.
Even ip-address:80 (standard port) won't work.
Is there another syntax on palm devices to specify ports we are not aware
of?
