Question about viewing mail on handheld after Intellisync

Shot in the dark question here: Everything is working well for my users they have 1 cosmetic question and I can't find an answer to it.

Is there a way on the handheld in the Intellisync client to make the e-mail start at the top of the unread messages instead of sticking on the last unread message?

I can tell my users that "that's just the way it is" but wanted to check the forums first.
