GW7 - Notes 8.O Gateway

Just a simple question: has anybody used the GroupWise 7 SP1 Notes
Gateway with Lotus Notes 8.0? Documentation only mentions Notes 7 but
the customer on GW7.0.3 has to integrate with Notes 8.0 and wants to be
informed what is possible.
