Licens question!

Hello!
Is there anyway I can get "free" licens from Novell? I´m CNE certified
and
is putting together a small test/demo enviroment at home and would
like to
do lots of testing and also show the "boss" how great all the novell
products works and the benefits it would give us.
I know there is 90 day, but it fells like a waste of time do put it up
and
then it is all gone after 90 days. I thinking about buying SEL, will
this
give me no time bomb licens for iChain? If not, why will Novell not
give us
certified a good way to train on there products?
