iChain 2.3 & Radius Login Issue

it looks like when I login the Radius screen shows "Access Accepted"
But the iChain screen shows "login failed" and I get an iChain Login
Failed email alert. Has anyone seen this?

The login passes radius, but Ichain thinks its failed..
