Novell iChain Proxy Server reports the wrong time

Hi,

I found wrong time in iChain Proxy Server.

Product : Novell iChain 2.3.3

Customer set the timezone to (GMT+7) within iChain Proxy Server Configuration GUI and retrive timesync from NTP Server.But found the wrong time(the time displayed earlier 1.00 hrs).
