NW6.5 sp5 broken our ichain login?

We have a netware server hosting webpages which when you login ichain you get accelerated to for authentication then it presents you our homepage and you navigate from there.

When the portal server was NW6.5 sp2 all working fine I updated to SP5 and its now broken. You get the authentication page for vasco that all works fine and then it just goes around in a loop never showing the homepage?

If I use a different url that gets accelerated to our citrix nfuse screen it works fine its only when I get accelerated to the netware server that it doesn't work?

Any ideas?
