Default iChian NOT listen on port 80

Dear all I've the following problem:

A team I'm working for have installaed the iChian (version 2.3.347). But It doesn't work properly....

I mean, I've created a amster (and the children) accelerator in such a way to use the port 80 but ichian seems not to listen on this port because:
1- if I do (from a PC on the same network of the iChain and wituout any firewall)
telnet <iChain ip> 80
the connection can't be established (on the 443 it is established)

2- from the console if I do:
tcpcon ->Protocl Information->TCP->TCP Connection
the Port 80 is NOT present.

The questions are:
1- why the port is not present
2- there is a way to add a port (i.e. there is a way to make the iChain listening on port 80)
3- what do you suggest? reinstall or add the port (but I need to know also the procedure to listn on port 80).

Thank you all.

Bye,
