Gateway-time out

DEAR ALL,
I've a problem with iChain. I've installed iChain several times in several environment but now I've many errors. The problem now is that when I configure an accelerator and I try to use it, I've the following error:

Status: 504 Gateway time-out
Description: Unable to connect to origin web server. The web site
you are attempting to access is currently unreachable. This may be due to a network outage, or the web site may be experiencing technical difficulties.

the situation is:
iChain 2.3.347

Another doubt: the PING in the gateway is not enabled so I get the status of PASSED after disabling the option "gateway monitoring".

I'm not sure I put the right "web server address" in the master accelerator. Suppose I have to reach te ip: 10.113.3.153:9013
The child has this ip in its "web server address" box (in the configuration)
the master? I tried with the same ip and address, wiht another port... what's wrong?
