iChain trial Activation license

Dear all,

I've a strange problem with the iChain Licence. The client I'm working for has installed iChain. I should have a 90 free license with the installation. And in part it is so.
But after a while (30-40 minutes) I'm successfully using the iChain, I get the web page: Credentials are invalid or expired.

Restarting the application is sometimes enough (for some minutes).
Sometimes the application say that I have 0 days left (instead of 80 days) for the license. In this case I've to restart and the iChain restart working (for some minutes).

What's wrong (Now they don't have the licence so I must use the trial version, the trial license)?
