iChain redirect-loop-login failed

Dear all I've several environment but the same problem.

Environment 1

iManager 2.6
eDir 8.8.2
IDM 3.5.1

Environment 2

iManager 2.0
eDir 8.7
IDM 3....

The common fact is that the iChains has been updated from the version 2.3.410 to the 2.3.418


I'm not using any kind of L4, load balance...ecc.ecc.

AFTER THIS UPDATE the problem:

some users have a "login failed"; I have some problems with an application that goes in loop;

I'm sorry for not being more precise but I can't undestand if the problems are related...

Do you know if there exists a known problem?
