Analytical Processing Engine (APE) Process Error

Analyzer 1.1: 7 Nov 2008 build

When using the inspector fuction on specific column inside the data browser, it prompts "Analytical Processing Engine (APE) Process Error" with null pointexception java error. Same error no matter I use a pre-defined metrics or self-defined metrics. It works fine if using 1.0 build. Any advise?
