go to the author of the TID for review.

I don't see any open bugs in bugzilla for this problem. I see several
that seem to be related, but they're all marked as fixed. It looks like
Designer 3.5 should be working correctly with IDM3.6.1a.
Can you post the details of exactly what you have and what isn't working
for you?
