Old bugs, previously fixed, appears in 3.5...

Hello,

In one (or more) of the previous versions of designer there were problems with saving (I guess it was a UI-problem).

Even if changes are made to policy and the asterisk appears before the policy name the save button doesn't always become active.
I would say this happens one out of ten or less.

If I save a policy (PB or stylesheet) the file is marked as changes a second later. This happens more frequently.
