Cannot open 3.5 Workspace After Conversion

I tried to convert one of my 3.0.1 projects to Designer 3.5. I opened a new workspace, imported and converted my 3.0.1 project and everything seemed fine. But then I exited from Designer and when I go back in, it gives me a "An error has occurred" and tells me to see the log file. There are tons of errors in the log, so I'm not sure where to being. But I've tried converting several times and the same thing happens every single time.

Is there any trick to the conversion or what should I be looking for in the errors?
