Subversion Duplicity

I just started using subversion in Designer 3.0.1 with the 20090105 build.

It was working great yesterday, today however, I see both projects that I have checked in TWICE in the version control view.

So my Projects are DEV and PROD in in version control window I see:
DEV
PROD
DEV
PROD

seems to be just duplicates, however they only exist once in the repo.

Known bug? Anyone seen this?
