approve changes between Identity valut and Active directory

Hi,

I need Yours helps in this task because I could not solve it..

describing my problem:

If I change a name in identity valut, it automaticlly change name in AD.. But I need to approve this changes by workflow, which starts when the name was changed in Identity valut..

Do somenone know how to set politics?
