No problem. That driver supports querying for data.

Refers to data that will be queried for from the source. On the Publisher
channel, that means that the driver will query the application for the
data when this policy is executed. (On the Subscriber, eDirectory is
queried for the data).

An operation attribute is one that is included in the document currently
being processed.

The inverse of "source attribute", this refers to attribute data in the
destination. On the Publisher channel, "destination attribute" is in
eDirectory.

For your purpose, use "attribute". This will take the current value from
the document being processed, if it is available (working like "operation
attribute") or will query for it if it is not available in the current
document (working like "source attribute").
