IDM 3.6.1a Remote Loader on 2008 R2 takes a 'dirt nap' during a DriverRestart

Anyone trying to run IDM 3.6.1a's Remote Loader on 2008 R2?

I have it sync'ing with OES1SP2 and anytime I restart the AD Driver in
iManager, the Remote Loader on the Windows box goes into high
utilization and must be killed/restarted.
