Password Change Portlet

If the password policy has MS complexity rules enabled, when someone tries to change the password within browser in spanish, the attributes that you can't use inside the password are shown in english.

Here is an example:

Debe utilizar una contraseña exclusiva.
No puede utilizar los siguientes valores de atributo para la contraseña:
cn
displayName
Full Name
Given Name
Surname

Is there any way to change it ? is it a bug ?
