Default User Application installation error

I have the following error regarding the User Application server installation.

Server log:

2009-10-27 16:06:28,890 INFO [org.hibernate.impl.SessionFactoryObjectFactory:add Instance] Not binding factory to JNDI, no JNDI name configured
2009-10-27 16:06:29,296 FATAL [com.sssw.fw.directory.api.EboDirectoryFactory:<cli nit>] An unexpected exception occurred in the directory layer.
com.sssw.fw.exception.EboUnrecoverableSystemExcept ion: An unexpected exception occurred in the directory layer.

Boot log:

6:05:51,483 DEBUG [Server] Failed to create xmbean for: org.jboss.system.server.ServerInfo

Identity_Manager_User_Application_installLog.log

It shows no errors

Enviroment:

The servers are running on VMWare Workstation 6.5.3
Os Windows 2003 Standard Service Pack 2
RBPM 3.61
eDirectory 8.8 SP5
iManager 2.7.0
1. The ID vault is running on the one server and User application on the other server.
2. Both servers can see each other and eDirectory is running.
3. There is no firewall between the servers and I can telnet between the servers.
4. Have read through the Novell forums but nothing there.
5.Identity Manager User Application installation log file- shows that all the components have installed successfully.

Anybody any suggestions.
