Manage backlink attributes

Hi, i need to manahe a backlink attribute ober the userapp. Ideally with the normal create and edit windows

My env. Sles 10, ua 3.6.1, idm 3.6

My questions:
- is it possible?
- if not, can it be done over a workflow?
