Org Chart 'Show Detail' preferances

Where do the preferences get set for the 'Show Detail' action in the Org Chart?

I'm wanting to have this page show more detail about a person and also change where the picture's shown from.

I've been able to do all this for the main Org Chart view, but the 'Show Detail' seems to take its queue from somewhere else.
