Default Re: Password recovery: User not found

Greetings,
What do you mean by upgrade?

Applying a the latest Public Patch is not the same thing as running the
installer of the User Application (which is what I believe you have
done). Patches are from the Patches download area (just like most Novell
Products)

On 29-August-2009 I posted to this Forums with the links for all of the
latest Public patches for the current versions of RBPM at that time:

===================
Greetings Everyone,
I wanted to let you know that I have released the following Public
Field Patches.

301T -> http://download.novell.com/Download?...d=2J-PBFu_4JA~

350AF -> http://download.novell.com/Download?...d=x9D8vNdxDUw~

351X -> http://download.novell.com/Download?...d=LmTpDk1LA5Q~

360E -> http://download.novell.com/Download?...d=k7J0kwOdJ3o~

361C -> http://download.novell.com/Download?...d=qtg-DMVL9L0~

Patches 301T, 350AF, 351X, and 360E are all marked as Security Fixes
(Required) patches.

Everyone should always be running on the latest Public Patch.

Please do not respond back to this thread with any issues or problems
with installing the patches.

Yes, for those of you who are still using UA351, you will have to re-
enter all of your eDirectory settings after applying the patch.
