Default (De)Provisioning Exchange via Workflow

Is anyone provisioning and deprovisioning Exchange mailboxes via workflow? Does it work well?

I have successfully built a workflow that will prompt the approver for the homeMDB to assign the user. I was planning to build a workflow the would also remove a mailbox, but it seems it would require the approver to know what database the user was on for it to be successful.

Is there a way to remove all entitlements of a particular type for a particular driver?

Are there any other hidden gotchas with using Entitlements to provision exchange mailboxes? If an Exch admin moves the user to another DB, will IDM ever try to overwrite the homeMDB with the one in the entitlement value?

Thanks.
