Service not available. Possible cause: Unauthorized

I get the above error message when cliking on Netstorage links, I have
checked out for TID's and found only one TID 10076881, but this for
NW6.0sp3, I am on NW6.5sp2 e-Dir 8.7.3.4, any other way of solving this
issue? I have even re-installed the server, but just works one or two
times and then starts giving the error message again.

The second question is that why is it not possible to save a file to it's
original file. Each time I try to save, I get a message that the file was
opened as a read-only, this would not be good for the users.
