iFolder client log is to verbose

Hi folks,
we are implementing iFolder - works almost fine what we need is to reduce amount of messages that the client logs.
At the moment info message get logged to Simias.log.

We are not really interested in this we would like to see only error may be warning
we run the clients in WinXP so I tried to modify Simias.log4net in C:\Program Files\iFolder\etc\simias but there has not been any effect.

would you know how to change the level of logging?
