iFolder 3.4 on Mac Login Problem

I am having the most annoying problem with the iFolder client. Whenever I try to log in, I get this error:

An error was encountered while connecting to the iFolder server
Please verify the information entered and try again. If the problem persists, please contact your network administrator.

The thing is, iFolder used to work on this computer. One day, I just launched the iFolder client, and it asked whether or not I would like to set up a new account. Something was wrong there, as I had already set up an account. However, when I did try to set up an account, this problem occurred.

What is the problem?
