New server install, clients not connecting

I just installed the ifolder server 3.7.1.8267 from the OES 3 SP1 Beta onto a new server running SLES 10 SP2. Installed OK and I can connect using both the admin and web interface.

However, I can't connect with the new windows or mac client (getting the linux client installed is another subject).

With the windows client I get the following:

I'd appreciate anyone telling me where to start troubleshooting.
