iFolder 3.7 does not see new users in eDirectoy.

Earlier this week I set up test OES2 SP1 server (over SLES 10 SP2). We use the server
for iFolder.
On our existing server, I am able to add users to eDirectory, and see them in iFolder after
doing an Identity Sync. The new server does not seem to work this way. I have performed
an identity sync, checked to make sure the server context was right. The admin user is
the only user visible in iFolder. The new user is at the same level (root) in the tree as the
admin user, which is also the server context (no sub-contexts).
Has anyone else run into this issue?
